  Went in to get bangs after letting my old ones grow out for several months. Had fairly low expectations because this is Great Clips we're talking about, but I at least thought they'd be friendly and know how to do something simple like cut bangs since at other locations I've had luck with both. I didn't want to spend $70+ elsewhere on a full haircut since I'm about to spend a lot on a dye job, so I chanced it.
  I let the woman know I have a cartilage piercing I can't remove and literally seconds later she snagged it with her brush (ouch!). She also seemed extremely rushed even though no one else was waiting and she did a terrible job with the bangs. I had to fix them when I got home because she missed a lot of strands that had been in my old bangs. She didn't even fully blow dry my hair to make sure it was even and she brushed my hair from the top down instead of starting with the knots at the ends. Also she didn't make sure the cape was over the back of the chair (something that would be physically impossible for me to do myself), so I left covered in prickly hair.
  
  Used a coupon to get a $10 haircut and I guess I got what I paid for. However, I didn't tell her I had the coupon until the end because I didn't want her to do a lame job because I was paying less. All in all, bad experience even for a Great Clips.
