  I am a relatively new student here (just a couple of months) but I have to say I am hooked! It is a wonderful, inclusive, challenging environment with a great community. Every coach I've had is brilliant and offers clear and helpful direction. The work out is so much fun, I forget that it is supposed to be exercise!
